Moving all the Kardex machines for the Euromedia customer to the new premises required careful planning and coordination.
How did the whole event go?
1. Planning
Machine Inspection: Before starting the relocation, we inspected all Kardex systems and conducted a thorough inventory to clearly understand what needed to be moved.
New Premises: We ensured that the new premises were fully prepared for the installation of the machines, including verifying sufficient space, electrical connections, and suitable flooring.
Logistics: We carefully planned the route for moving the machines and arranged appropriate transportation.
2. Preparation for Relocation
Disconnection and Disassembly: The Kardex machines were safely disconnected from the power supply and disassembled where necessary.
Packing and Protection: The machines were carefully packed and protected to prevent any damage during transportation.
3. Relocation
Transportation: The machines were loaded onto transportation vehicles and successfully moved to the new premises, where they were unloaded and placed in the designated locations without any issues.
4. Installation
Reassembly and Installation: After transportation, the Kardex machines were reassembled and connected to power and other necessary systems.
Testing: We conducted thorough tests to ensure that all machines were functioning correctly and were ready for full operation.
5. Completion
Final Inspection: After installation, we performed a final inspection of all machines to ensure that the entire process was completed as planned.
